Pay,ent is split 50/50. Half of the payment is due before I start your commission, and the other half is due once the work is completed. If work is under 10$ you WILL need to pay the full amount upfront

REFUNDS:
Refunds are ONLY available before I begin writing your commission. Once writing has started, refunds are not available because work has already been completed and time has been spent. If there is an issue with the final piece, I will work with you to make any revisions

Completion time depends on the word count and complexity of the request. Here are estimates which may vary depending on my current commission queue
